Owning a salon has always been a dream of Nancy’s. Salon Excel has given life to that dream. Nancy has been in the industry for 15 years. She knows how important it is to not only make clients look beautiful, but to help them feel beautiful also. Nancy appreciates all aspects of the beauty industry and believes in working together as a team with her fellow stylist as well as her clients.

Tina
Owner/Stylist
For as long as Tina can remember she has had a passion for all things related to hair. It’s something that has always come easy to her and so she took her passion and ran straight into the world of beauty. For over 30 years now she has been in the industry. Tina is currently one of the owners of Salon Excel. Tina has established over the years a loyal clientele, specializing in cutting, styling, coloring, high lightening, and bridal hair. Tina is also certified in Keratin Complex, Brazilian Blowouts, and Magic Sleek.
Denise
Stylist
Denise has been working in the industry for over 30 years. Denise has always had a passion for making her clients feel beautiful and making them as comfortable as possible in the process. She is certified in Keratin Complex.
Anna
Stylist
Anna has been in the industry for 32+ years. She was formally certified as a Keratin Complex educator specializing in color, foil highlights, and smoothing treatments. Anna enjoys all aspects of the industry. She’s raised 3 children throughout her career and loves to travel, almost as much as she loves making people beautiful!
Mona
Stylist
Mona has been in the hair industry for over 40 years. Mona is certified in Keratin Complex, Brazilian Blow-Out, and Babe extensions. She specializes in all cutting techniques. When she’s not working she enjoys spending time with her family.
Emma
Stylist
Emma is a talented hairstylist with over six years of experience in the beauty industry. Specializing in a variety of color services, from sun-kissed highlights to flawless touch-ups, she loves creating beautifully blended, natural looks. Emma also excels in long haircuts and curly hair blowouts, enhancing each client’s natural texture. Committed to ongoing learning, she has expanded her skill set to include lash extensions, offering even more ways for clients to feel their best. Emma is passionate about delivering exceptional service and making every client look and feel amazing.
Cheyenne
Assistant/Junior Stylist
Cheyenne graduated from Eastern Suffolk BOCES and is a licensed cosmetologist. Shy enjoys braiding, updos, and styling hair. She is interested in all things blonde and will specialize in balayage and highlighting.

Michele is a licensed cosmetologist. Michele is a certified hair extension specialist in all methods of Bellami hair extensions. She is interested in all aspects of the industry and her main goal is to make all of her clients feel their most beautiful self, inside and out
Laidy Michelle
Stylist
Laidy Michelle is a licensed cosmetologist who has been passionate about the hair industry since 2020. Known for her dedication to helping clients feel confident and beautiful, she loves creating stunning blondes, rich brunettes, voluminous blowouts, and classic perms. Her attention to detail and commitment to her craft are evident in every style she brings to life. Fluent in Spanish, Laidy Michelle connects with and serves a diverse range of clients, ensuring each experience is welcoming and personalized.

Gina has worked in the salon industry for 15 years as a licensed cosmetologist and professional makeup artist. Gina is a licensed tattoo artist and certified in permanent makeup. Gina also is a facial wax expert.

Lorraine has been a salon receptionist for over 30 years. Lorraine loves using her creative side when decorating the salon for the holidays. Clients look forward to speaking with clients as does she.

Diane thrives in this talented and positive environment, where she enjoys greeting customers both in person and over the phone. She takes pride in listening carefully to their needs and special requests. In addition to her role here, Diane freelances for the French skincare company Clarins. Her passions include health, fitness, and spending quality time with friends and family.
